let’s do a weird headcanon thing.

1. what they smell like: he doesn’t have a scent that really stands out and is too noticeable, but if you do try to get a whiff out of Jack he smells like snow, the cold in winter. like, a scent’s not really there but at the same time there is??
2. how they sleep (sleeping position, schedule, etc): Jack rarely ever sleeps because it’s not necessary for him to. Plus he’s a light sleeper so it’s sort of easy to wake him up. But if you do find him sleeping his positions are, well, sort of odd. He did have to deal with sleeping outdoors and usually up above trees.
3. what music they enjoy: It depends on his mood, but he usually prefers instrumental music. He can listen to pop and rock and music of those variations but classic music moves his heart.
4. how much time they spend getting ready every morning: Yeaaah he doesn’t have to. 90% of the time he’s clean, and since he doesn’t sleep he’s probably already off doing some sort of mischief when people are still waking up.
5. their favorite thing to collect: he doesn’t collect anything. Jack doesn’t really have a place to keep any belongings.
6. left or right-handed: Ambidextrous.
7. religion (if any): He doesn’t have a religion. Jack may have come from the Colonial times, but even before he became a spirit he never cared much for it, and the same goes for the Jack now.
8. favorite sport: Doesn’t really have a favorite sport, but he has slight interest in just about everything.
9. favorite touristy thing to do when traveling: ~~Pulling pranks on the tourists~~
10. favorite kind of weather: He doesn’t have one, but he just prefers the cold weather since it keeps him comfortable.
11. a weird/obscure fear they have: Okay, Jack may have wanted to be seen all these centuries but he has slight scopophobia. He can’t handle too much attention. He just wants enough of it from people he feels that he’ll care about.
12. the carnival/arcade game they always win without fail: He never got interested in arcades l br.

I. INTRODUCTION

This is a roleplay blog for AELIN ASHRYVER GALATHYNIUS from Sarah J. Maas' Throne of Glass book series. I have no affiliation with Sarah J. Maas, Emilia Clarke, or anyone else. This is simply a private and independent roleplay blog and will be predominantly BOOK BASED; I have verses for every book.

II. SPOILERS

ARE NOT TAGGED. I am completely up to date on all of Sarah J. Maas' books, including the ACOTAR books. Spoilers will not be tagged for either and will be heavily present on this blog. So, if you're currently in the middle of reading the books and don't want anything spoiled, refrain from here for a little while! :)

III. SELECTIVITY

This blog is PRIVATE which means that I will only write with mutuals. This includes all starter calls, plotting calls, open posts, etc. unless specifically stated otherwise. However, memes, including in character or out of character, are open to everyone all the time, uncluding non-mutuals!
I also ask that the IM feature be kept for mutuals only, even though it is open to the public just in case. Additionally, my skype, kik, snapchat, whatever, is open to mutuals upon request.

IV. FOLLOWING

That being said, I will not follow everyone back. I will most likely not follow back duplicates of Aelin. Just because I do not follow back, does not mean that I 'hate' your blog. I like to keep my dash clean and organized; however, if you really want to interact, you can always shoot me a message with a specific plot idea in mind in order to change my mind. Additionally, it may just take me a while to follow back because I like to take my time to read through people's rules and look through their blog. Please do not repeatedly follow and unfollow me in order to get my attention, because I do notice and it does annoy me.

V. MULTI-EVERYTHING

Yes! This blog is multi-ship, multi-verse, and everything inbetween because crossovers are actually my favorite thing in the entire world. I'm a sucker for building ALL KINDS of relationships. And I do mean all kinds: childhood friends, neighbours who hate each other, longtime rivals, ex-roommates, friends from enemy families... you name it. If you've any interesting ideas for our muses, let's exchange Skypes or use the IM feature to scream headcanons at each other all night
For shipping, I do ask that the CHEMISTRY be there first and that we have been interacting for a while beforehand. This includes regular conversations between muns, as those build relationships without even having to write a thread. Honestly, just shoot me a message if you're interacted.

VI. NSFW AND TRIGGERS

Will be present on this blog. This includes sexual content, gore, dark themes and other possible triggers. I personally do not have any triggers but if we write together and something I post bothers you, feel free to send me a message and I will try to tag everything accordingly. Otherwise, the only tag I will be using will be 'nsfw'. I am over 21 years old, and I do not mind writting smut, though it is not my first priority unless we have been writing together for a while. I do not smut with minors, and I will check if our threads seem to be going in that direction. However, I'm also open to just fading to black or time skipping regardless of age.

VII. WRITING LENGTH

Will vary. Please never feel obligated to match my length. I will always perfer quality over quantity. Especially if our threads start getting extremely long, because I know those can be hard to keep going. So, as long as you give me something to work with, and vise versa, I will be more than happy.

This verse is a play on how supernatural creatures are added into worlds similar to the vampire diaries, teen wolf, true blood, etc. In order to keep her royal Fae heritage a secret while in her human form, she goes by Celaena.
2) Aelin Galathynius is completely human, born into a weathly family with a reputation and world renowned corporation. After her parents were killed at a young age, she is taken in by a close family friend, Arobynn Hamel, who raises her to be the heir to the family name and titles ( through the way he wants it run ) she is merely his pawn until curiosity gets the better of her. She attends a prestigious buisness school and plays the pianoforte.

ACOTAR! Terrasen, an old and ancient kingdom in the North, was once a part of the Courts of Prythian before the war against Hybern desolated the land and slaughtered its people. Aelin Galathynius, the only serviving royal and heir, disappeared and was thought to be dead. For the sake of this verse, imagine that Erilea is in one hemisphere of the world, while Prythian and Hybern are in the other. Rebuilding her country after traveling through hell and back, Aelin travels to the other continents in order to forge alliances for the many wars to come.

However, when the threats at the royal castle in France grew, the Queen Catherine herself freed and hired Celaena to come to court in order to PROTECT herself and her family, most importantly the new King of France. BIOGRAPHY

Aelin Ashryver Galathynius was born to Rhoe and Evalin Galathynius, the then King and Queen of Terrasen, in Orynth, Terrasen on May 3rd. For the first eight years of her life she lived as the crown princess and sole heir to the throne of Terrasen. It was expected of her to marry Aedion Ashryver, her cousin and confidante, to solidify the family’s claim to the throne. Her Fae heritage - she is completely Fae - afforded her some magical ability, in particular control over fire. It is this ability that led her to burn down part of the royal library, and encouraged a deep-seated fear of her Fae magic and heritage for most of her life so far. It is revealed in Heir of Fire that she encountered Dorian Havilliard as a child while his parents were on a state visit to Terrasen.

One night, the King of Adarlan decided to overthrow one of his major political opponents - the royal family of Terrasen. Aelin discovered the deaths of her parents when she climbed into their bed; she woke up to a maid’s screams and a bed filled with blood. The actions of the maid in facilitating her escape allowed Aelin to survive the massacre and bide her time. The King of Adarlan cemented his rule over Erilea by promoting across the country the deaths of the Terrasen nobility, all the while unaware of the survival of the heir. Arobynn Hamel, King of the Assassins, found Aelin half frozen and half dead on the banks of the Avery River outside the palace. He offered her a choice; to stay with him and be trained as an assassin, or to be cast off in the streets. Aelin chose the former and became an assassin, killing her first target at the age of nine. She was restyled as Celaena Sardothien to hide her true identity.

Celaena trained at the Assassin’s Keep in Rifthold, and it was here that she spent the majority of her life following the deaths of her parents. However, she was captured after attempting to exact revenge on Jayne and Farran for murdering her lover Sam Cortland. As a result, she was sent to the salt mines of Endovier and sentenced as a slave to reside there for the remainder of her life. She spent a total of one year in the mines before Dorian Havilliard removed her to compete for the title of Adarlan’s Assassin.
